Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Record new client information into the system
• Ability to demonstrate empathetic behavior
• Customer retention
• Provide report to management.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and handle questions regarding orders, shipments, and invoices, returns
• Respond to calls, emails, whatsapp chats
• Resolve customer complaints

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Smart and courteous
• Ability to use Emails, MS office suite
• Can speak Efik and English fluently (Very Important)
• Proven experience in customer service role
• Applicant must be resident in Calabar.
