Customer Success Executive at Afrilearn International

Afrilearn is an educational technology company that integrates genius tutors, animators, and developers to provide affordable, world-class education for Africans anywhere. Afrilearn offers richly animated and curriculum-relevant video lessons, class notes, practice tests, live classes, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower high/secondary school students (Ages 6-18) to study at their unique pace in and outside the classroom via Web, App, and data-free Dongle subscription services.

We are in search of inspired Customer Success Executives who are in love with Education and Technology. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Recruitment Profile

  • Maintain solid knowledge of Afrilearn product to resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Process orders, requests, forms, inquiries, feedback and suggestions
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Proactively sell Afrilearn to new customers while keeping old ones highly excited
  • Communicate with customers through various channels and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Provide feedback on customers top complaints, desires and wants
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Experience using computers and working with customer support.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota and ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to use and interpret excel, google sheets, and the likes

Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 / month.
