We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Requirements

• Successful candidates must possess a minimum of SSCE / OND.

Person Specification / Expectations:

• Applicants must be able to achieve monthly sales target
• Applicant must meet monthly sales target
• Applicant must be able to develop a plan to expanding the growth of the company
• Applicant must be able to organize and attend meetings on behalf of the company.
• Applicant must be a good team member and must be able to get along and work strategically with other team members and individuals both in the company and outside the company.
• Applicants must cultivate, develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business.
• Applicants must be able to capture the market.
• Applicant must be committed, highly motivated and driven.
• Applicant must be able to develop great strategies to meet sales targets.
• Applicants must be able to tell their retail story on Social media and display products on any digital platform.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the sales or marketing of Real Estate Products.
• Applicants must exhibit passion for sales
• Applicant must have good selling & communication skills
• Applicant must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Applicant must be able to thinkfast and creative.
• Applicant must be digitally savvy and understand the use of technology for business.
