Job Description / Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced Backend Web Developer (PHP, Laravel) to join our growing team and talent pool.
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) development and cloud computing; CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Digital Ocean, AWS, GCP, etc is an advantage.
- The successful candidate will join our in-house team of software developers in the design and development of new and exciting web application projects, and the maintenance of an existing portfolio of web applications.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience using PHP, Laravel framework, Git version control systems, developing & documenting RESTful APIs.
- Excellent writing of reusable code and use of Collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, Linear SCRUM.
- Experience using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), JavaScript, React, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, payment engine integration e.g Flutterwave, Paystack, Interswitch, etc.
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
