Zilt Investment Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Marketing Manager / Marketer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities include:

• Working with the executive team, such as the marketing director or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns to increase sales.
• Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as Marketing Manager
• Minimum of one(1) yearexperience as Marketer
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field (marketing manager)
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
