Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the promotion of the company’s products to clients and prospects by creating and implementing effective sales strategies and converting leads.

Job Description

  • Conducting research on potential clients and analyze sales options for the company
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through relationship building, cold calling, networking and via social media.
  • Explain importance of firm’s product to prospects.
  • Identify buyer persona profiles for the firm
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/ close deals and handle enquiries, queries, complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members for enhanced efficiency
  • Prepare a comprehensive report on competitors and make sales forecast
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitch/ presentation on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Responsible for lead generation for the company.
  • Handling of customers questions, enquiries and complains.

Person Specification

  • 3 years cognate experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • First Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
  • Experience in the Real Estate sector will be an added advantage.
