Job Title: Warehouse Intern

Responsibilities / Scope of Work
Warehouse Management:
- Communicate any discrepancies observed during receipt or release of goods to the warehouse officer.
- Update bin cards and stock cards for items in the warehouse daily as may be required.
- Support the supervision of loading, offloading the goods into the warehouse by the warehouse casual staff.
- Record daily transactions in the warehouse register.
- Update stock cards for goods in the warehouse.
- File warehouse documents online and in physical folders as may be required.
- Provide support to warehouse staff as required in managing and documenting the receipt, handling, storage, dispatching and reporting of goods through the IRC warehouse(s).
- Supervise kitting activities where required.
- Support periodic cycle count as per the standard operating procedure.
Qualifications
- BSc / HND
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Supply chain/logistics certification desirable.
- Attention to detail.
