The Resource Haven – Our client, a retail Fashion business, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager – Retail Fashion

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• This role will be responsible for overseeing all business operations on a daily basis and reports directly to the company CEO.

They will be required to:

• Monitor and Manage the operations of all departments/teams including operations, sales, quality control and accounts in accordance with overall company goals.
• Budget forecast and development as well as minimizing costs
• Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention and company goals
• Assess, suggest and implement sustainable and viable processes/practices in order to develop, grow and manage the business
• Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and banking processes
• Hire and train workers such as customer service associates, clerks and cashiers
• Provide staff with product knowledge
• Motivate sales clerks to meet or exceed sales goals
• Make the schedule of workers
• Oversee all company transactions, ensure all vendors are paid on time and rejected goods are returned quickly.
• Report to the CEO daily on behalf of all departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of managing a business and its operations
• Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership
• Applicants must reside around the Lekki Axis.
