We are a Technology Company with a marketplace platform that requires both demand and supply to work. We are launching in Nigeria this October (2021) and hiring a City Manager for every state in Nigeria.

Job Title: City Launcher

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

Role Description
For this role, you will take the major responsibility of launching and driving the acquisition of users in your city. You will work directly with our CEO and receive support from the rest of the team to become successful. You will perform key tasks including:

• Partnership development define the profile of potential partners, establish contact, pitch, and negotiate working relationships with the partners
• Sell to businesses reach out to businesses in your city, engage them, and get a buy-in (B2B)
• Sell to individuals when the time is right, you will sell to individual customers (B2C)
• Build and manage brand you are our representative in your city and will represent our brand on every occasion. This will require professional conduct and acting in manners that align with our brand values

Ideal Profile of Candidates

• Matured (greater than 25 years old)
• Has started any form of business in the past (whether successful or not) or has worked at a startup
• Understands software and can sell it
• Has the ability to sell to businesses and individuals
• Resilient and has a great work ethic
• We are hiring for the 36 states in Nigeria (and Abuja) but you must be resident in the state you are applying to represent.

Benefits

• Starting salary of N450,000/month after one month trial period
• You will work directly with our CEO and get mentored by the team
• Based on your output, we are open to assigning a full remuneration package to you after 4 months this includes 2X initial salary offer, health insurance, and operational expenses.
