Job Title: Customer Experience Intern
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and updating user/customer journey maps
- Work with software development team to ensure all development needs are created and working optimally through User Acceptance Tests.
- Measure and track data from UX/CX touchpoints, and generate regular reports on CX activities
- Execute monthly customer engagement tests, and activities and report on customer satisfaction and customer communications.
- Assist/coordinate with Contact Centre teams to deliver seamless customer service
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on communications made through various customer touch points
- Provide marketing and sales support using digital channels, and assist with creating engaging collaterals to deliver differentiating customer experience
- Prepare periodic reports for various internal and external clients
Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or relevant field
- 0 – 2 years’ Experience
- Email Marketing (Knowledge of HTML to create and edit newsletters)
- Data analysis skill
- Design knowledge and basic design skills (Canva/Adobe/Corel)
- Understanding of social media management and digital marketing
- Microsoft Apps proficient
- Creating User stories, journeys and CX maps (experience using MS Visio would be an advantage)
- Creating visual mock-ups (Low & High Fidelity)
- Customer service skills
- Plan and execute monthly customer engagement tests and activities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on communications made through various customer touch points.
