Job Title: Digital Back Office Agent

Job Summary

  • The incumbent will be responsible for keeping in touch with retail customers within the defined territories to drive and increase the overall objectives (Order rate, Active/Participation rate, Success rate) for the company.

Job Description

  • Analyze data to drive insights and action plans on how to achieve set targets for E-orders & response rates.
  • Check and approve/reject the task performed by touchpoint personnel while keeping follow up on low-performance touchpoints.
  • Track and find a faster and better solution for all touchpoints that are facing technical issues with the platform in an efficient way.
  • Monitor and perform rewarding system for all the touchpoints in monthly/quarterly/yearly period while being compliant with record information management.
  • Support back office supervisor in collating and consolidating reports.
  • Support back office supervisor on platform management, administration & configurations.

Qualification Requirements

  • BSc Degree / HND in Commerce, Marketing or related etc.
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Have experience in Microsoft Excel, Data analysis, CRM administration (Salesforce), E-Commerce, Database management, Customer engagement.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly net.
