Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
What You’ll Do
- Welcomes guests, visitors and clients as soon as they arrive at the Hub
- Directs visitors to the appropriate office / person
- Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Ensures reception is hygienically clean at all times
- Performs other clerical duties and provide assistance whenever required
What You’ll Need
- OND in a Social Science course or related fields
- 1-year relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Admirable customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong record-keeping skills
- Proven Office organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient computer skills
