The Role

• We seek to hire a senior marketing leader who will be responsible for planning, budgeting, managing end to end marketing activities and BTL activation.
• Reporting to the C.E.O, you will own the marketing strategy for the business and be tasked with growing a team that helps deliver continued growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic lead for all marketing campaigns; key accounts management; managing a team of account managers on BTL domain.
• Create commercial awareness that will benefit the clients, & the agency
• Management of internal and external agency partners
• Own, manage and deliver brand strategy
• Demonstrate commitment to self-development and developing others, building long-term staff capability and competency in and beyond own team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Client service /Account Management/ Advertising /Marketing agency/ BTL / EVENT Agency
• Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
• A high level of organisational ability
• Good attention to detail.
• Advanced computer literacy and presentation skills.
• Experience in brand building and marketing communications BTL, Digital and Channel marketing.
