Marketing Lead in a Travel and Tourism Company

Ascentech Services Limited – Our client in the Travel and Tourism Industry, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Increasing value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Fixing and developing new market and improving sales
• Meeting planned sales goals; e. Setting individual targets with the sales team
• Promoting the organization and her products.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field;
• 3-5 years cognate experience in the travel industry in planning and implementing sales strategies (airline or travel marketing);
• Evidence of previous successful marketing campaigns and achieved financial targets;
• Team player, outgoing personality, appearance is important and must be a friendly person with smiles;
• Good communicator with excellent organizational decision making and time management skills.
