We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage team performance against targeted sales forecasts
- Execute operating plans and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Drive revenue plans and contribute to the continued growth through consistently achieving individual and team sales monthly target
- Monitor daily activity of sales representatives including outbound calls, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives and managing sales support activities.
- Report on metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Graduate of any relevant field.
- Minimum 4years work experience in Sales / Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Ms Office packages Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent skill in sales and marketing.
- Excellent oral and communication skill.
- Excellent negotiation and Presentation skill.
- Strong Interpersonal and Customer service skill.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Excellent people management skill.
- Excellent Analytical, decision making and problem solving skill.
- Ability to listen attentively.
