We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telemarketer
Location: Lekki, Lagos Island – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services to persuade potential clients.
- Responding to customers’ inquiries about our products and product prices.
- Obtaining customers’ information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
- Maintaining records of customers’ contacts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the business service manager.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a post-secondary school degree certificate (e.g. OND/HND/BSC/PGD etc.)
- 2 years work experience.
- Candidates within the age bracket of 18 – 35 are strongly advised to apply.
- Lagos State residents in Lekki, Lagos Island are strongly advised to apply.
- Candidates must be good at using CRM softwares.
- Candidates must be fluent in English Language.
- Proficiency in social media/digital marketing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Candidate should have a phone or laptop with access to internet.
- Self-motivated and driven.
