Construction Site Engineer in a Fast-Growing Construction Company

Costcon Project – Our client, a Fast-Growing Construction Company in Lagos, Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Site Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering processes on the project sites;
• Provide technical support to all management processes;
• Coordinate and organize workmen and sub-contractors;
• Identify and resolve all technical issues in the construction process;
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager;
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget;
• Liaising between sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• For this position, candidates must have a good First Degree (B.Sc. / HND) in the field of Civil Engineering or Building Tech.
• Membership of COREN and professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Qualified candidates must have three (3) to five (5) years experience in delivering construction engineering results in construction projects that are cost-effective and structurally sound.
