Job Title: Programs Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a result-driven and analytical young person who will be in charge of the tech stack that helps the company grow.
  • Selected candidates will be in charge of designing the mode, content and frequency of the academy.
  • Selected candidates will also be responsible for the smooth transition of students into the academy community.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs
  • Craft community programs, trainings and plan student transitions
  • Plan programs and or events based on business goals
  • Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources
  • Manage training budgets
  • Evaluate the results of learning courses
  • Design effective training programs
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 3+ years of industry experience.

Personal Attributes:

  • Willing to embrace and enrich ReAct culture of empathy, teamwork and passion
  • Have a strong desire for learning and growth.
