As an educational technology business, our primary focus is linking learners with qualified tutors. Our goal is to break the formal education norm by offering -to our clients- tutors, who can effectively communicate and impact our clients/learners with what they want to know.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telesales Representative
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared sales talks, read scripts that describe PrepClass services, and persuade potential clients to engage our services.
- Call prospective clients from operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Obtain client information such as name, email address, learner details, class details, and entering orders into CRM.
- Engage prospective leads via Whatsapp, Email, and Calls to follow-up and other social media platforms until the deal is closed.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to clients promptly.
- Fill in as the connection of correspondence between key clients and tutors.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and tutors and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Creating and updating activity reports.
- Meeting sales quota.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems.
Requirements
- HND, OND, or a University Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Skills:
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on clients’ needs.
- Must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature, and great typing skills.
- Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-starter.
- Curious to learn something new every day.
- Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems.
- Proximity to living in Yaba, Lagos.
Salary
N70,000 / month with added commissions based on performance.
