Smart Partners Consulting Limited (SPCL) – Our client in the hospitality industry in Bida, Bida LGA in Niger State, is recruiting a qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Bida, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Respond to all guest questions and requests.
  • Answer and forward phone calls.
  • Manage guest bookings and reservations.
  • Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, B.Sc in Administration or any related field.
  • Must reside in Bida, Niger State or ready to relocate.
  • Must be polite and neat.
  • Must be smart.
