Smart Partners Consulting Limited (SPCL) – Our client in the hospitality industry in Bida, Bida LGA in Niger State, is recruiting a qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Bida, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Report to the General manager.
• Cordinate all the activities of all the organisation subsidiaries
• Design hiring plans for all departments in the organization.
• Perform all HR functions of the organisation.
• Coordinate and control all employee related issues for all subsidiaries.

Requirements

• B.Sc., MSc. in Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
• HR Certification will be an added advantageCertification in HR course will be an added advantage
• Att least 5 years workking experienc as HR
• Must reside in Bida, Niger State or ready to relocate
• Must have a knowledge of HR Softwares.
• Must know how to put the orgsanisation payroll in order.
