Whitefield Hotels Limited, a contemporary Hotel of choice in the city of Ilorin, Kwara State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Room Steward

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
• Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
• Clean public areas, like corridors
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
• Help guests retrieve lost items
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy within the time frame given.
• Follow hotel security guidelines.

Requirements

• OND / N.C.E / HND qualification with 1 – 4 years relevant work experience.
