Rizpremium Global Empire is Real Estate start-up base in lagos.We provide users and buyers with the best properties search experience,we buy and sell real estate properties in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing client buyers and sellers data base
• Generating new Real Estate leadsTaking client enquiry about document, price, location of properties.
• Meeting and exceeding sales target.
• Uploading agent properties to the company website
• Marketing and promoting rizpremium properties and brand
• Interacting with potential client to evaluate need and promote product and services.
• Sourcing for properties with other real estate company
• Contacting company executive by promoting our properties to their staff.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication,Marketing with 2 – 5 years work experience.
• Professional Sales Certification is an added advantage.

Skill Needed:

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively throughout the sales circle
• Prospecting : Ability to research potential buyers.carryout cold calling,
• Negotiation: Identify competitors pricing,close sales and understand upselling techniques
• Presentaion: Skills in presenting via Zoom,google meet,powerpoint and ms word skill.
