Job Title: Social Media & Customer Care Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the social media activities and engagement strategies for all our socials
- Implement all social media strategies ideated by the marketing team
- Responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries via phone call, email, social media and whatsapp
- Handle engagements, comments, replies, direct messages and also online customers service engagement
- Be a part of the Ideation for the Growth marketing team
- Some others as growth continue.
Qualifications
- You do not need a University Degree. As long as you have the core skills needed, you are qualified to apply.
- This job is best suited for someone that lives on the Island (Lagos).
- Social media engagement skills set
- Analytics skill
- Should have at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience should have an active social media presence
- Should have a critical thinking skill
- Should know how to work with a team.
Skills Required:
- Facebook ads, Instagram ads abilities (not a must, you can learn on the job, plus if you have the skills)
- Content writing for social
- Canva skills
- Customer relations abilities
- Ability to write captions
- Social media management for Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
