Job Summary
- We are looking for an All-star calibre experienced hire to join our Sportsbook Operations Analytics team.
- As a Sportsbook Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing various areas within our Sportsbook Operation, including Betting Demand, Player Behaviour and Profiling, Risk Management and Trading Performance, building best in class business analysis and insight tools and models.
- Your analysis will drive superior understanding and improvement of the performance of the Sportsbook Operations, in our effort to deliver customers the leading Sportsbook experience
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyse various areas of Sportsbook Operational performance, including Betting Demand, Player Behaviour and Profiling, Risk Management and Trading performance
- Set up and own analytics tools and reporting capabilities for the Sportsbook Operations team, including performance dashboards tracking to business Operating Plan and views into key Sportsbook KPIs
- Oversee the development of new technology, models and capabilities to solve Operational problems and drive data-driven business decision making
- Oversee Operations performance measurements including betting demand and profitably performance by Sport, Bet type, and Market
- Measure and report on offers and promotions, including free bets, deposit bonuses, and seasonal promotions to drive KPIs like active pay players and average betting handle
- Understand various player profiles in the Sportsbook customer base, based on behaviours, and further company understanding key LTV drivers that will unlock higher customer LTV
- Provide opportunity size and other analysis into major promotional events to help the Sportsbook team capitalize on major sporting events in the US, including Super Bowl, Masters, and more
- Support the Sportsbook Operations and Executive teams with ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Graduate, IT qualification will be given preference.
- Minimum of 0 – 2 years experience in the Betting Industry.
