Alpha’s Touch & Exclusive Services is an indigenously owned Laundry outfit located in the central part of Lagos, Nigeria. We pride ourselves in offering “quality & affordable” laundry services within the City, with pickup & delivery options. A larger percentage of our clientele are working-class people, who outsource their laundry needs / worries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business & Operations Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description & Responsibilities
Business Development:

• To suggest and implement new processes involved in gaining new customers (e.g sharing fliers , door-to-door marketing, street storms).
• In charge of recruiting service marketers whose major mandates will be to refer new bulk / multiple deliveries.
• Driving target marketing both offline & online.

Marketing & Branding:

• Ensure that the graphics & social media team are apt in the delivery of great designs & social media engagements, in line with the service expectations.

Customer Service & Customer Retention:

• Ensure that the customer service team update customer’s accountsaccordingly.
• Ensure dailycommunications via all our platforms.
• Ensure customers get their bills and have their pickups and delivery scheduled by the customer engagement officer / supervisor.

Operations:

• To monitor and supervise all administrative tasks.
• Ensure daily and weekly reconciliations
• Send periodic reports

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 – 3 years work experience.

Skills:

• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• A smart thinker & proactive doer.
• The ability to manage a team effectively
• Being able to meet deadlines & work with strict timelines.
• Have a fair knowledge of the industry & being able to establish initiatives for improvement.

 Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
