• A seasoned and mature professional to Head its Maintenance/Facilities department.

Job Requirements

• Possession of Master’s Degree In the appropriate fields and Membership of the relevant Professional Bodies will be an added advantage.
• The Ideal person should either be an Architect, Engineer Or Registered Builder with hands on practical experience of over Ten (10) years at top Management Level.
• He must be able to take charge of the facilities and management of a first class luxurious estate consisting of high rise residential buildings.
