Job Title: HVAC Specialist

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Brief Description

• Full and complete management and coordination of the following activities: Workshop Responsibility (HVAC), Field operation attending installation, commissioning and emergency related to HVAC.
• This activity involves client attendance, coordination New Sales Department, field operation, logistics, store, procurement, administration and technical department at JMG.

Duties

• Act as a representative of the organization in front of the client
• Ensure that all IMS and HSE are respected and implemented at site and field teams
• Attend all installation, commissioning and emergency related to HVAC.
• Conduct team planning, site technical inspection and proper assessment findings
• Conduct periodic field inspections and audits of all critical tasks, to monitor and control the quality of work of the field team and workshop
• Ensure all Job Completion Format are assessed and properly submitted to the store.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by solving customers complaints and ensuring quality service and response.
• Coordinate and supervise all tasks assigned to the respective teams
• Prompt coordination between Field Operation, New Sales, Technical Department at JMG to achieve timely schedule with the client and proper attendance to emergencies.
• Report promptly findings from the field to technical department and production at JMG
• Prepare needed reports as per company requirements
• Ensure proper coordination with store and administration involved in prompt action on the jobs assigned.
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, conditions or proceduress in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent.
• 10-12 years of experience in the HVAC /Inverter Field in a leading industrial company with a strong experience in low/high voltage, HVAC.
