We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Secretary / Customer Service Officer

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing general daily office activities
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls, responding to mails. and delivering world class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, typing & printing correspondences and creating new content.
  • Supervising, mentoring, training of support staffs and delegating assignments to maximum productivity.
  • Handle office expenses and billing cycles.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointment, etc for the upper management.
  • Repairs of office equipments in a timely manner and facility management.
  • Timely deliverables in handling projects assigned with optimal performance
  • Issuing of accurate, timely and detailed information regarding transactions with relevant supporting documents attachedfor clarity.
  • Prepare error free invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Submission and reconciliation of expense reports to the Finance & Accounts department.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of Memo, mails and other information within the company.
  • Maintaina directory for all vendors/clients of the organization.
  • Perform any other task as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years work experience.
