Job Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos & Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Acquire information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Implement ideas and strategies developed to MAJORLY generate constant sales within the company.
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
• Understand the company’s goals and expected target market.
• Develop/update buyer persona every month.
• Ensure all marketing content and graphics meet the company standards and has a high compelling potential to attract customers and generate sales.
• Develop and implement plans to acquire companies and other organizations as corporate customers.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Collate and analyze feedback from customers.
• Answer questions from customers about product and service benefits
• Create and presents bi-monthly performance reports for managers and executives
• Manage, and direct members of the company’s marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Sc Degree or equivalent
• 1 – 3 years experience in Marketing, Business or a Related Field (Previous working experience in a Startup is an added advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and MANAGE TIME efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to keep to deadlines and be productive.
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
