An e-commerce business is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative / Customer Service

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Customer service across all social media channels, pick & packing others to be sent out to customers, communication with delivery logistics guys, sending out orders, monitoring and responding to customers comments, creating daily and posting daily on Instagram and Facebook.

Requirements / Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with 1 – 3 years experience.
• Must be computer and Ms word literate, excellent communication & customer service skills, content creation skills
• Should live within Lagos Island (VI-Ajah).

Salary
N50,000 – N65,000 / month.
