Responsibilities
We are urgently looking to hire Technical Support Staff to join to join our company, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Technical resolution of issues on POS, Cards & Apps.
- Investigation of failures and resolution across these channels.
- Engage partners for quick fix and reporting feedback to users.
Requirements
- B.Sc. In Computer Science or Engineering
- 2-4 years’ experience in POS, Cards and App Support.
- Good knowledge of POS, Cards & Apps
- Good knowledge of API Integration and troubleshooting skill.
