Job Title: Trainer

Location: Matori, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The trainer will be responsible for developing the training plans, managing training classes and working closely with the HR department in initiating training needs assessment to impact knowledge on new and existing employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a training curriculum for cleaners and supervisors; plan and implement an effective training curriculum and sessions.
• Prepare learning goals and assessment parameters for trainees and other employees.
• Develop and execute training sessions for employees at different level; record and manage training periods.
• Advise on latest training trends and applications for employees at all levels to improve organizational goals
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures; supervise training budgets.
• Train and guide new employees during the performance planning and development stage.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
• Research and arrange external training experts in delivering top notch training modules for specialized trainings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively use MS Office applications.
• Organization and planning skills; detail oriented.
• Experience in the cleaning service sector will be an added advantage.
• Preferably Male for gender balance.

Remuneration
N720,000 – N840,000 / Annum + HMO
