Job Title: AD Sales Manager (Advertising)

Job Description

  • The role requires a versatile business growth strategist with core experience in sales and client management in the advertising industry.
  • The preferred candidate for this role will be one with experience in revenue generation, new business development, B2B, B2C sales and marketing and one who can quickly develop strategies that match our customer segment.
  • Our preferred Brand Sales Manager will be one who can connect HNI’s, upper middle class, middle class and lower class/ mass market businesses to the space opportunities that match their needs and can guarantee returns to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new clients and increase revenue by leveraging a combination of lead development, active database of action ready clients and innovative sales tactics.
  • Work closely with the platform support services team to develop an attractive portfolio to connect brands to spaces that can help them connect to their audiences and generate ROI for them
  • Build relationship with media agencies in the outdoor media world, and provide them with the best platform offers and solutions so that their brands easily find and connect to their audiences
  • Position the company as the largest and most innovative alternative media platforms by powerfully displaying exclusive rights the company has to innovative platforms
  • Co-manage the presentations and activities of the sales consultants ensuring that all scheduled demonstrations and presentations are carried out in due time and represent the brands focus
  • Support in managing seasonal events such as meet and greet as well as ensuring active representation in industry events
  • Leverage innovative promotional tools such as loyalty programs, client reward, social media promotions and our various multimedia channels to promote client acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc qualification
  • Sales and Marketing: 5 years (Required)
  • Media and Advertisement: 3 years (Preferred).
