We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin and Sales Officer

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responding to calls and emails from clients.
  • Sending out communication to clients on updates
  • Ensuring office and cleaning supplies are purchased and maintained
  • Ensuring the organization, confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Organizing general meetings, distributing memos, disseminating information and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
  • Registration and renewal of all necessary licenses
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Qualification/ Experience/ Requirements

  • OND qualification
  • 2 years sales and or admin experience
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 Annually.
