The Click-On Kaduna Datathon is bringing together young data scientists, software developers, data engineers, students, women in tech, data science meetups/groups from all over the country to co-create, brainstorm, and develop innovative solutions that would address public sector use cases using evidence-based data for decision making. Given the successes achieved in Amina J Mohammed SDGs Data Lab in piloting several use cases to drive transformation across the Health, education, and agricultural sector, young people are becoming vital assets in driving transformational change through the use of technology.

The Click-on Kaduna (Cok) Programme, which is a human capital Platform designed by the Kaduna State Government to equip young people with emerging skills on the future to solve industry & public sector problems, Through the Datathon, a hackathon event for young innovators in Kaduna to test out emerging use cases that will drive evidence-based decision making, NFTI 1s inviting you to partner with us, the state’s ecosystem to showcase your organization and connect with data science talents across Nigeria.

The Datathon is a follow-up activity to the Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme – jointly implemented by the Kaduna Bureau of Statistics (KDBS) and Natview Foundation for Technology Innovation to identify and build the capacity of 100 young persons on data management to contribute to policy development cycle and programme planning.
