Job Responsibilities
- Enhance brand awareness and expand customer base (brand community) of each of the brands within the business.
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and identify areas with potential clients.
- Devise and deliver sales and marketing campaigns designed to drive business growth.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
- Keeping up with latest trends within each industry area and create new opportunities to expand.
- Thorough understanding of company products and services, analysing business positions and competition to ensure business competitiveness in the market.
- Develop and manage all sales teams within the company to ensure that marketing activities undertaken result in increase in sales in line with corporate demand.
- In charge of the selection, training and development of the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Must be educated to Degree level.
- Knowledge of marketing and business development with minimum of 5 years experience.
- Team player with leadership capability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to seek and develop new relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience of working in hospitality industry will be desirable.
- Commitment and integrity.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
