Job Summary
- We need a professional, well versed in the culinary art of making cocktails and mixed alcoholic drinks.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification
- 5 years of work experience.
- Also with added knowledge concerning the history of the ingredients they use, plus an ability to understand flavour profiles to develop a palate-pleasing drink.
