We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes of meetings.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain an office filing system
Requirements
- A Degree in Secretarial Studies or a related field.
- At least 2 years proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Extensive experience in MS Office usage.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
