Job Title: Sales Admin Support
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format.
- Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals.
- Provides any necessary data or reports to Head Office sales admin support.
- Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
- Updates all contact details/information for the sales team.
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
- Does any necessary administrative work which includes presenting sales team with necessary documents.
- Liaising with other departments on administrative support matters of mutual importance.
- Performing research toward identifying potential sales agents and leads.
- Coordinate documentation work for newly activated sales agents.
- Perform varieties of administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / BA / HND qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience.
Required Skills:
- People Person.
- Time Oriented.
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Basic Computer Literacy.
- Reporting skills.
- Attention to Detail.
