Job Title: Sales Executive

The company is in Urgent need of a Sales Executive- Retail/Consumer Lending (immediate employment)

Job Description

  • Identify Eligible customers for loan disbursement
  • Get potential customers for  and Mobilize deposit and fixed deposit
  • Identify and understand the need of the Customer.
  • Sell the company products proactively to new/prospective customers.
  • Identify Eligible customers for loan disbursement
  • Ensure timely submission of daily sales activity reports to Line Manager.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
  • Cross-sell all company products to Customer.
  • Ensure accuracy of all company forms and documents executed by the Customer.
  • participate in market storm and loan drive
  • Ensure timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening
  • Ensure customer meets set criteria before loan disbursement
  • Ensure a strict KYC on customer before presenting for loan eligibility
  • Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
  • Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.
  • Ensure all customers queries and inquiry are met on a timely bases.
  • Provide customers with product details and features
  • Maintaining good customer relationship with old and new customers
  • Selling and marketing of consumer and retail products

 

 JOB Requirements:

  • Diploma/ OND /HND/BSC in Marketing, Business Administration or  Equivalent Experience in same field
  • Proven working sales experience- 2 years and above.
  • Must goal and target oriented
  • The ability to retain important information·
  • Must have a passion to learn and grow.
  • Aggressive and passionate Sales person
  • Good Telephone skill
  • Must have worked in a Microfinance/Banking Institutions
  •  Must live within Job location
  •  Excellent networking skills.
  •  Strong negotiation skills.
  •  Effective communication skills.
  •  Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Banking/Microfinance/Lending Institution
  •  Good knowledge of the usage of computer
  • Time management and strong interpersonal skills
