Job Title: Training Business Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Identifying, pitching for and winning ICT training business with diverse clients.
- Develop proposals for training courses for corporate organizations and respond effectively to leading proposals and pitch meetings
- Identify opportunities to develop the training business and design and deliver new courses in response to market needs.
- Understand clients’ training requirements and advise on the most appropriate solutions. Identify training and development needs through training needs analysis.
- Design blended training materials, courses and programmes and produce related training materials either virtual or physical.
- Manage the training budget to include planning, forecasting and monthly reconciliation and the development of pricing models to ensure competitiveness.
- Plan and facilitate the monthly/quarterly/annual training programmes. Source for external facilitators when compulsory.
Academic Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in a Training Consulting Firm
- Must be experienced in ICT trainings business
- Recognized professional Certifications is an added advantage
- Demonstrate experience in developing, facilitating and evaluating ICT training programs.
- Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with external organizations and individual
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
