We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service experience guests coming into the facility
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
- Receiveletters, packages, etc. and distribute them to the intended recipients
- Work with the facility manager in ensuring facilities are clean and tidy
- Keep updated records and files
- Work with the Facility Manager in monitoring office supplies
- Monitor the activities of janitors.
Qualifications
- First Degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria
- Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience in a similar capacity
- A female candidate is preferred
- Display the willingness to build a career in a corporate environment
- Proximity to Victoria Island will be a huge advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proactiveness and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
