We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Support Officer (Onsite)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate new technology and software
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Networking
- Active Directory Configuration and Management
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Office365 Administration.
- Administration and implementation of IT security standards and policies across all systems
- Maintenance and effective management of all IT assets as well as resolution of general issues to minimize incidents and system related problems
- Application migration, deployment and monitored periodic updates
- General PC support (hardware and software)
- Conductperiodic trainings on IT policies and services for users on new technologies and as the need arises
- Routine preventive maintenance and inventory of all computer systems and network hardware
Requirements
- B.Sc in a relevant field
- 3-5 years experience in IT Support preferably in the financial services industry
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Applicants must currently reside in Abuja or be open to relocation.
