We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Policy Analyst

Location: Lagos

Description

• We seek to hire a dynamic analyst / political commentator to conduct qualitative analysis of existing policies and programmes, identify gaps, inconsistencies, or conflicts and recommend pragmatic solution.
• The ideal candidate must have interest in how public policies develop. In this role he/she will apply cutting-edge knowledge, conduct high-quality analysis and research tools to produce insightful solutions to difficult development problems.

What You’ll Do 

• Synthesise research findings and design guidelines for implementing new policies in line with legislation and client requirements
• Develop policy briefs, case studies, guides, tools, proposals, tender for bids,
• Proffer evidence-informed policy recommendations, and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Law, International Law and Diplomacy, Political Science, Social Works, Sociology and other Social Sciences
• Must have completed NYSC
• Relevant working experience in interpreting and re-purposing research for policymakers
• Strong research and analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex issues into audience-appropriate policy options
• The ideal candidate is Gen Z born after March 1st 1996.
