Summary

Duties
- Under the supervision of the Assistant Facilities Manager, the incumbent is assigned to the Facilities Maintenance Section as Facilities Manager’s Secretary at the Consulate Office Building.
- The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support for all Facilities Maintenance Section (FMS) Americans ad Locally Employed Staff (LE Staff).
- The incumbent directly support clerical requirements for the administration of the FMS, Post Occupational Safety and Health Program (POSHO) and property disposal officer. In addition, the incumbent also works as sub-cashier, responsible for petty cash management and administration of FMS staff time and attendance (T&A).
- The incumbent is also responsible for tracking all procurement request of the Facilities Maintenance Section.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Education Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school or High School Diploma is required.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of secretarial experience is required.
Job Knowledge:
- Must have good working knowledge of business correspondence, office procedures and other applicable instructions, as well as general knowledge of technical and engineering terms.
Evaluations:
- This may be tested. Please specify your level of proficiency in the language listed.
Language:
- Good working knowledge of speaking/reading/writing in English is required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to utilize personal computers (PC) with Microsoft Window programs (Word / Excel / Outlook 2007) upwards / COAST Software / GMMS is required.
- Must be able to file and retrieve correspondence.
- Typing skills with emphasis on accuracy is required.
