Job Description
- The Vice Principal, Administration is a key member of the senior management team and ensures a close working relationship with the principal on a daily basis to ensure a smooth running of school.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: BA / B.Sc. in Education. Master’s Degree in Education Administration or Leadership is an added advantage
- At least 10 years of general management experience including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills
- Experience with strategic planning, finance and student/staff development would be an advantage
- Must possess strong work ethics and be able to work under pressure
- A dynamic and highly driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Must be passionate about education and working with children.
