Job Title: Administrative & Operations Officer
Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- Coordinate departments toward maximum productivity.
- Manage CITL business operations with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Overseas accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prospect, create, manage new clients and identify businesses to facilitate the development of the different business areas of the company
- Design good implementable plans for new and old clients’ business in line with company policy.
- Follow up on projects up till conclusion
- Ensure daily and weekly update of activities to the General Managing Director.
- Maintain financial, employee, and client records.
- Draft and update CITL social media pages with company activities and handle correspondence and newsletters.
- Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Key Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / BA qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
- Business development, management and negotiations skills.
- Excellent team player and cross-functional coordinating abilities.
- Good IT proficiency and use of management software.
- Management and financial skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good social media skills
Working Condition:
- Working hours: Mainly 9.00 am to 5.00 pm but deadlines may require additional hours to be worked.
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 / month.
