Job Description
- We are looking for a competent Administrative / Personal Assistant who will be responsible for performing administrative and routine tasks for the Director.
Responsibilities
- Handle organizational and minor clerical support task
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Perform work related errands as requested.
- Calling for repairs and monitoring equipment artisans
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Perform other assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Experience as an administrative assistant in an academic environment will be an advantage
- Attention to details
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A good command of ICT skills.
