We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Officer

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties / Responsibilities

• Make use of Customer Service Professional (CSP) behavioral pattern to give an indelible customer experience via interactions such as CRM or Contact Tracking
• Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reduce churn
• Mange the process of Account opening, Account reactivations and closures
• Issuance of Investment certificates,Reference Letters e.t.c
• Anticipate client needs and provide solutions that help drive growth and revenue
• Providing splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times
• Documentation compliance, KYC [know your customer] and AVR [address verification]
• Improving customers’ banking experience with the firm by ensuring that customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without delay
• Ensure that all the firm’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties
• Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years experience as a Client Service Officer in the financial services industry preferably in the Securities Trading/Stockbroking sector
• A passion for curating and delivering top-notch client experience
• Candidates must reside in Lagos, preferably in close proximity to Marina, Lagos
